This is a day-long retreat led by Rain Elizabeth Stickney to feel, explore, and know more fully who we are. There will be meditation (silence) and satsang (inquiry) to help deepen our conscious experience of our essential nature, which is presence.

Rain has led meditation groups for over ten years. Steeped in traditions of nonduality and loving kindness, she is a natural teacher and healer gently guiding participants into the effortless wisdom of the present moment.

The retreat location is the East Bay Collective in Berkeley, CA.

This support group is for those who would like to continure their path of healing with increased emotional wellness.

In using the expressive arts skillfully and mindfully, our process of acknowledging the past, releasing pain, being present in the here and now, growing together, welcoming the future, and learning about healthy internal and external relationships becomes an ongoing process of transformation with immense value.
