Dragonfly Bay offers Counseling (for individuals, couples, families, and groups), Massage, Group and Individual Meditation Instruction, as well as a unique healing modality known as Emotional Integrative Bodywork. All sessions are offered in person in the San Francisco Bay Area. As an alternate setting, Counseling and Meditation Instruction are also available via Skype or phone.

Psychotherapies, Polarity Therapy, and Addiction / Recovery Work. Children, individuals, couples, families, groups, and people
in myriad relationships benefit from this supportive space of transformation.
Massage - A grounding, therapeutic experience from a licensed and insured massage therapist and energy practitioner. Breathe vitality into the depth of your soul, let go of life long burdens, and walk back into the world renewed! Massage sessions may include techniques from shiatsu, swedish style massage, reflexology, and polarity therapy.
Meditation - Unfolding and relaxing into one's natural and undivided self, we find the present moment to be vast. A safe space is provided for meditators to explore one's own relationship with life, ask questions, be compassionate toward perceived blocks, and melt into the infinite. Group meditations and private instruction are available.
Emotional Integrative Bodywork (EIB) - A blend of the afore-mentioned Massage approach with an integration of Counseling and Meditation Instruction as indicated by the client's need. EIB sessions are multi-modal by design. Honoring the body, mind, emotions, and spirit, healing is facilitated on many levels. Because of this, transformation is more easily maintained as a body of work is completed. EIB leaves clients feeling more awake, aware, alive, and connected with what is truly important in one's life.
